What we are looking for:

• Strong fundamentals (MVC, data structures, etc.,)
• Experience in at least one production Rails application
• A working knowledge of Javascript, CSS and SQL. (Expertise in Javascript and CSS would be a big plus)
• Good spoken and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work in geographically distributed teams over IM and phone
• A Smart Generalist. (Competent in both depth and breadth of technologies)
